Prices, Bookings & Conditions.

Island Cabins: View to bay. 

To speed up your booking we will be pleased to email you our Booking Form for our self catering accommodation in Tobermory, Isle of Mull. Our short term rates are: - minimum of 3 nights - £80 per night excluding electricity or the weekly rate whichever is the cheapest to you subject to availability.

Our prices for 2010 per cottage week (Saturday to Saturday) are:.

9th January - 20th March  £290.00
27th March - 26th June  £350.00
3rd July - 4th September  £410.00
11th September - 23rd October (i)  £320.00
30th October- 11th December  £290.00
18th December - 8th January 2011  £410.00

The above tariff excludes electricity at the metered rate.

Our normal booking periods are weekly - Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally we offer short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights at a cost of £80 per night per cottage or the weekly rate - whichever is the cheaper again with electricity charged at the metered rate.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 (per cottage week) secures your booking. Six weeks in advance of your arrival we will seek the balance plus a returnable £100 Breakages Deposit (held as a separate cheque and not banked). All cheques should be made payable to "Goodfellow Accommodations Ltd." For bookings made within six weeks of the rental period, we will request the full rental income before the booking is confirmed by us.

Cancellation.

If cancellation is notified to us within six weeks of the holiday commencement date, you will still be liable to pay the full balance unless we are successful in re-letting the holiday period. We strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect your interests and we recommend that you pre-book your ferry with Caledonian MacBrayne in advance of your travel to the island. Numbers in your party.

The number of guests must not exceed that given on the booking form. We reserve the right to cancel the bookings contract, without a refund of sums paid, should this condition not be adhered to.
