Terms & Conditions: The above tariff excludes electricity at the metered rate. There is not a slot meter. All calculations are based on paper readings. Our normal booking periods are weekly - Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally we offer short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights at a cost of £80 per night per cottage or the weekly rate - whichever is the cheaper again with electricity charged at the metered rate. A non-returnable deposit of £100 (per cottage week) secures your booking. Six weeks in advance of your arrival we will seek the balance. All cheques should be made payable to "Goodfellow Accommodations Ltd." For bookings made within six weeks of the rental period, we will request the full rental income before the booking is confirmed by us. Cancellation. If cancellation is notified to us within six weeks of the holiday commencement date, you will still be liable to pay the full balance unless we are successful in re-letting the holiday period. We strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect your interests and we recommend that you pre-book your ferry with Caledonian MacBrayne in advance of your travel to the island. Go to "How to Reach Us" for Ferry details. Numbers in your party. The number of guests must not exceed that given on the booking form. We reserve the right to cancel the bookings contract, without a refund of sums paid, should this condition be not adhered to. Service. We aim to provide the best experience for your stay with us. A Welcome Sheet will be on your Living Room Table on arrival. Call Gordon or Rose and they will visit you for "insider tips" and how our accommodation works, although a comprehensive "House Book." is also available plus leaflets and brochures.
